Come hear the poetry of Oregon Poet Laureate Lawson Inada, Linda Hussa, and Lake County residents.
Everyone is welcome to come read and enjoy poems. Those sweet enough to stand up and read any poem—whether they wrote it or not—will be rewarded with a sweet from the library: a slice of home-made pie. Lawson Inada and Linda Hussa kick off this event by reading from their own work.
